Wishing you all a very happy Friday!! Can you believe it is already the last weekend in October!? Crazziness. I am super excited to see the weekend as I have quite the plans in store. My birthday is this upcoming Tuesday so some early birthday celebrations are in order! I got to the city last night to visit some friends, and seeing as Manhattan is one of my most favorite places in the world it's not a bad place to kickoff the weekend! I'm heading up to Boston tomorrow to visit some more friends, and can't wait to visit with them and enjoy a good New England fall weekend. I must say that is one of the best parts about living in Connecticut - I can easily get to Boston and New York City. It's a beautiful thing!

Engagement Shoot // I have followed Mackenzie Horan of Design Darling for quite some time now and was so excited when she got engaged this past Christmas! I love her blog (and her boutique!) so I knew I would love all things related to her wedding. She has been doing a 'Wedding Wednesday' since her engagement and it has been so fun to follow along in the engagement process! I think these engagement photos have been my favorite so far though! You have to check them out - they are beautiful and serious goals.
Grace Not Perfection // "I will hold myself to a standard of grace not perfection." Those words have always been some of my favorites and something that I always try to remind myself of. Having already loved that quote, I was so excited to discover Emily Ley's new book, Grace Not Perfection, which talks about that exact idea. I think it is a book that everyone can gain something from. I quickly added it to my wishlist!
Target Favorites // I always love when Glitter Guide comes out with their favorite Target items each month. Target is literally one of my favorites and I can easily go in for one item and walk out with ten. It seriously happens every time. You just can't help it when stuff is so cute and reasonably priced! I am obsessed with this marble serving tray, and I love love love this wicker basket, pink arm chair, and marble clock. Check out the rest of the finds here!
